The Providence Revolving Fund, in collaboration with Providence Planning, the I-195 redevelopment and RISD commissioned a new 3d model of the city to support ongoing preservation and development decisions.
The model will change over time with the city and support physical and virtual interaction.
As a technology advisor CFL developed data collection (digitization) data management and data output solutions to support this project.
This includes assessing and recommending data collection technologies, developing a data input/validation process, setting up relation database to insure data integrity and automating data output to 3d printers, CNC router and 3d visualization tools.
